Common FAQs

1. Why is the button for the next step navigation disabled?

If the user is able to execute a process it confirms his/her access rights are set. However, if the screen is “form”.i.e. the screen has fields for the user to populate data and it has some data validation issues then the dashboard’s artificial intelligence (AI) will not allow the user to move forward. It will display an appropriate message below the field(s) that has (have) validation issues.

2. How can a user save an incomplete data populated in a screen?

The Dashboard saves the data as you enter in a data field so a user does not have to worry about saving the data of incomplete screen. However, the Dashboard artificial intelligence (AI) discards the data fields with validation errors.

3. When accessing the PHI Summary Brief using the Chrome browser, the browser does not generate a preview image of the PHI Summary Brief; the user is only able to download the PHI Summary Brief file. Why is a user unable to see a preview of the PHI Summary Brief/s on the Chrome browser?

Most of the advanced security software/browser plugins prevent a browser from opening a file to avoid exposing the user’s computer to a file with malicious code. The user can try another supported browser (Firefox, Edge, or Safari) or another computer that has no such security file blocker software.
