This page explains how an Enablement account and its data are removed.
Enablement is published by Advent Business Company Inc.

Accounts belong to the organization that issued them

Enablement is a workplace application. Accounts are created by an employer, a government agency,
or another organization that licenses the platform. There is no public sign-up, and an individual
cannot open an account for themselves.

Because that organization creates and owns the record, we cannot delete an account at an
individual’s request.
Doing so would remove records the organization is responsible for,
and in many cases is legally required to keep.

How to have your account removed

Contact your organization’s Enablement administrator — usually your IT, HR or compliance
team. They can deactivate your account and remove the records attached to it, subject to whatever
retention obligations they operate under.

If you cannot reach an administrator

If your organization has stopped using Enablement, or you no longer have a contact there, write
to support@enablement.us with the username or email
address on the account and the name of the organization. We will identify who controls the records
and tell you who to approach. We acknowledge these messages within 5 business days.
